All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.

2. Copyright Notice

All artwork, illustrations, surface patterns, graphic designs, product images, website content, text, and visual elements on this website and in our product catalog are the original creative work of CI Creative Design and are protected under United States and international copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.).

Unauthorized use of CI Creative Design artwork constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action, including claims for statutory damages, attorney’s fees, and injunctive relief.

Personal Use License for Digital Downloads

Digital download products sold by CI Creative Design are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise explicitly stated in the product listing. Commercial licensing is available on a case-by-case basis — contact us at info@cicreative.design to inquire.

3. Trademark Notice

My Sand Bag™ is a trademark of CI Creative Design.

The My Sand Bag™ name, logo, and associated branding are the exclusive intellectual property of CI Creative Design. This trademark is used to identify our signature line of original-art tote bags, weekender bags, and accessories.

The following are prohibited without written authorization:

• Use of the name “My Sand Bag™” or any confusingly similar name in connection with bags, totes, accessories, or related goods

• Use of the My Sand Bag™ name or branding in advertising, social media, or promotional materials

• Any attempt to register a similar name or mark that could cause consumer confusion with the My Sand Bag™ brand

Unauthorized use of the My Sand Bag™ trademark may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition under applicable law.

Other Brand Elements

The CI Creative Design name, logo, website design, and brand identity are also proprietary. No part of the CI Creative Design brand may be used, imitated, or misrepresented without written consent.

4. DMCA & Infringement Reporting

CI Creative Design takes intellectual property rights seriously. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our website in a way that constitutes infringement, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and respond promptly.
